I'm attempting to upgrade from 1.6ST to 1.7ST. The upgrade progressed without error until "abe9c0cb" when it fails with the following messages:

I checked a backup copy of the database made just prior to the upgrade and found that the table in fact does not exist - I am not sure why, we have not had any problems with the system prior to the upgrade attempt. Is there a work around for this problem?
