Yes and No.Probably the easiest way to do that is to setup a user in osTicket that is a mailing list that contains all the users that you want to send an email to.Otherwise in osTicket you can add collaborators to any ticket. That means that they will get any and all updates to said ticket.Tickets have one owner, so if you open a ticket with the UI (currently) you can only send the first message to the ticket owner.
