Hi Im planing setup Osticket 1.10.4 instance in AWS and i currently have a dedicated Old PC to run Osticket on premise So my concern is if i setup the Default Email in new setup it will scan all the previous support emails and create tickets for them and it will send email to those recipients also , like to know is there any method to stop this email sending and setup this email address to the new Osticket systemThank you
