Hi,We had a user email the support account to open a ticket and I responded via the ticket system interface. She tried to respond to my message via email and got an undeliverable email with this information:#< #5.3.0 x-unix; PHP Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'ObjectNotUnique' with message 'One object was expected; however multiple objects in the database matched the query. In fact, there are 2 matching objects.' in /var/www/html/osticket/include/class.orm.php Stack trace: #0 /var/www/html/osticket/include/class.orm.php(545): QuerySet->one() #1 /var/www/html/osticket/include/class.thread.php(1203): VerySimpleModel:(4) #2 /var/www/html/osticket/include/api.tickets.php(156): ThreadEntry->lookupByEmailHeaders(Array, false) #3 /var/www/html/osticket/include/api.tickets.php(222): TicketApiController->processEmail() #4 /var/www/html/osticket/api/pipe.php(26): PipeApiController:() #5 {main} thrown in /var/www/html/osticket/include/class.orm.php on line 1176> #SMTP#I did some searching on the error message and found the one about the duplicate lists but that is not my problem as I have no duplicate lists. There may be some sort of duplicate somewhere else that I am unaware of. Any ideas?
