I created a new canned response and added %{ticket.name} to it, but that gets emailed to the client without being replaced with what it should be replaced with. Is anybody else running into this?
Edit 2: Found the problem. Because I use NGINX and not Apache, the tid= _GET variable wasn't being set in the ajax request that loads the canned response.
I fixed it by editing ajax.kbase.php and adding:
if (preg_match ('/tid=(+)/', $_SERVER, $nginx)) {
$_REQUEST = $_GET = intval ($nginx);
}
When I have the time I'll sort out a proper fix.
