I have seven department in my osticket with abc@xyz.com and it is sending me alerts for each ticket. But now recently i have created 1 more department with support@abc.org for this particular department i am not getting any alerts for created ticket and also the created ticket is not shown in my dashboard.
Please help asap.

Does your user account have access to that department?
If not that would explain why you
1. didn't get the alert email
2. cannot see the ticket
yes i hav the access of all the department & i hav the admin access.
is there any config for .com & .org
Admin access isn't like it was in 1.6, it no longer gives you blanket access to everything.
No there is no config difference between using a .com or a .org domain., presuming that you typed the email addresses properly.
