Email to newly created users
I would like to have an email sent to every user (or whatever you name the people handling the tickets) I create. At the same moment I create a user/staff or what you call it, the support person created momentarily receives and email with logon info.
What I more or less am looking for is possibility to handle the staff the same way as tickets. Any changes in staff groups or belonings may be, optional, communicated to the user.
