Hello, before I dive into my request I'll give a little background information... We are a software development / services company, we sell our software as well as support services to organizations (not individuals). We have a limited customer base and we keep vpn, rdp, versions, functions in use etc information for each customer. We are evaluating osTicket to use for our primary support ticketing system but it is critical that we have easy access to our customers' (organization) information while opening a ticket or troubleshooting. For now I think the knowledgebase will work just fine but it would be really nice if there was a way to access an external (or internal) datastore to gather and reference this information based on the customer we have in context.
