I have been using osticket with no complaints. Love it!
Anyways, I'm wondering if there is a way to setup more than one email address other than the default system email address.
Scenario:
We have a main email address that when users email via outlook it is sent to ostickets and a ticket is created....works fine.
However...I want to setup a second email address to do the same thing. Plus notify another manager/employee of that ticket creation. Is there a way to do that?
On the url ticket creation it works to what I want....the user selects the topic they are creating a ticket for and then depending on that topic the manager of that department gets notified....I essentially wanna do the same thing, but just with another email address.
