junosapien - Yes, I have it working.
Assuming you are using cPanel (which I am), you need to do the following:
Under the Mail section click on Forwarders
Click the Add Forwarders button.
Enter the email address and the path to the pipe.php file that is in the osTicket "api" folder. So it would look something like this once you create it (you might have another folder in the path after public_html if you didn't install it in the root):
info@mydomain.com to /home/USRNAME/public_html/api/pipe.php
In the osTicket Admin under Settings->Email, I do have "Enable POP/IMAP polling" checked.
In the osTicket Admin under Emails->Email in the email that I have setup to use, I do have "Mail Account:" Enabled and I'm using unsecured POP settings.
I'm not 100% sure if those settings are required for piping to work though.
