Wrong time displayed on tickets

Hi,

I am currently using 1.7.

I hope someone can help me, I am getting wrong time on Tickets. I am in AEST (Australian Eastern).

I have checked the Database its storing correct time in Ticket table but when displaying on Tickets system is showing -15 hr difference.

I have set the time in Settings-> Default Time Zone-> GMT 10 Eastern Australia, Guam, Vladivostok.

In my php.ini file I have Australia/Victoria.

Please let me know if there are any other changes I have missed.

  • The above issue is fixed.

    I didnt set up the timezone for the user and that was creating the issue.

    I changed the time zone in user settings and it worked.
