Spam filter Gmail


The emails sent from my osticket ends up in the gmail spam filter.

And it says: "Why is this message in Spam? It contains content that's typically used in spam messages."

Anyone else had this problem? I've tried to change the content in the emails but still the same problem.

  • I have not experienced that problem with my personal gmail account. But then I only use my gmail account with osTicket for testing purposes and do not get more then a few emails a month from osTicket there.

    I realized the problem was not related to osTicket. It was the mail server configuration.
