We have just installed 1.7 and we are very pleased with the overall look and feel. I do however have a question regarding the reporting of time spent. I have noticed that the dashboard does show a service and response time section but I am unsure how to enable this feature (if available). Ideally I would like to be-able to record/report on how much time is spent on each ticket. There does seem to be a mod for 1.6 that performed this function but not for 1.7.
I would be really pleased if anyone could give me any tips or suggestions they have on how I can record time spent or at least produce a report for this.
