Dear Forum,
we have a software with different User Group Logins and the administration.
Example:
Group1: Customers
Group2: Resellers
Admin: Administration
We assigned Departments for Each Group in OsTicket.
Example:
Customers Support Tickets
Reseller Support Tickets
Admin Support Tickets
Since our Software already requires a login for everyone, we have all the data to submit a ticket and we only offer one topic.
We now want to add a "New Ticket" button in the helpsection of each User Group. If this button is clicked the "Open New Ticket" template should already have filled all fields except Subject and Message.
Also the button should be able to send the right department.
Theoretical Example Button if a costumers creates a new ticket:
button submit new ticket to department Customers Support Tickets, Values: Customer Full Name, Customers Email Adress, Topic1.
Is that possible? Are there any tuorials what variables are in osTicket and how todo this?
