Your friendly,
Support Ticket System - powered by osTicket.
I replaced my name , the user's name and part of the URL but everything else is exactly what I received, including the string %{message} instead of the actual message.
In osTicket 1.6 there was a form to customize these messages. I believed I used it in the past to add the URL to this particular type of alert. I cannot find it in 1.7, am I missing something obvious? Settings > Alerts & Notices lets me enable or disable them, but not edit their contents. Or is this feature no longer there, and if so, what database values do I need to update to get the actual message to show? Thanks.
