I just installed osTicket via simple scripts on Domain.com. Installation went smoothly. The only problem I'm having, is under Settings > Email I cannot change Default System Email or Default Alert Email.
Here is how its set:
Default System Email: Support
Default Alert Email osTicket Alerts
When I click the drop down box, I don't have the option to input my own or select an email account that I own. How do I change this? Is there a ini or config file I need to setup?
Any help would be appreciated.
