We have a few people who we would like to auto-assign tickets to that are in more than one department. I've tried using Ticket Filters, but I cannot figure out what exactly gets it to work for multiple staff members.
Example: I have a staff member in our graphic design department. She is also in charge of our photography department as well. I want to auto-assign her all graphic design tickets, as well as photography tickets. I tried this, but when I set up a new ticket filter for another staff member, it defaulted all incoming tickets to him for some reason...
