Can't Send Mail

I have just installed OSticket on Windows Server 2008 R2. It works for the most part. This server does not have an email server on it so the only SMTP I can use is what comes with IIS7.5. I have configured IIS to use gmail as my SMTP server using my gmail address and there SMTP port. When I create a ticket I get message that an email was sent but the receiver does not get an email.

I have spent 1 week looking for solution with no results. All seems to be configured correctly. If anyone has a solution please let me know. :eek:
