I have installed osTicket V1.7.0 and created a email account. Now I want to 'open' the email account in osTicket.
Server info:
Linux
Apache 2.2.23
Php 5.2.17
MySQL 5.5.28
DirectAdmin control panel
I have made the following settings:
Email information
- Email adres: test@**domain**.nl
- Login: test@**domain**.nl
- Password: ****
Mail account
- Status: Enable
- Host: mail.**domain**.nl
- Port: 587
- Protocol: IMAP
- Encryption: None
....
As soon as I try to save this settings (with Email account status Enable) I get the Error 324 page in Chrome. (IE will also give a error)
If I open my email account on Outlook (with the same settings) my email will show up with no problems at all.
Is there a setting that I have forgotten?
