2 Bugs that I noticed in the statistics page.
Tickets by staff doesn't properly register "Assigned to" value if the staff creates a ticket and "closes on reply" the ticket during ticket creation. Since we handle a large amount of open & close tickets like this ( password resets mainly ) These values are way off.... ( should be very close to - "closed" value )
This Bug also effects "Ticket by help topic" values for the assigned/closed column values.
"opened" column under tickets by staff shows as zero for all staff members. I assume this is suppose to register Tickets currently opened for each user? But nothing populates.
