unable to open a ticket

please see below,
I created a ticket on support group, this ticket was closed and then reopen.

Then I decide to open a new ticket, but this time to backup dept. and then the error appears, impossbile to create this tnew ticket

Unable to create a ticket. Please correct errors below and try again!

all errors checks, but still no possibility to open this ticket.

  • HAve you changed the source?

    When not logged in as that user I can create a ticket fine. (just made one)
    The only difference I see is that when logged in I do not see the CAPTCHA field.

    note: you appear to be running 1.6ST moving this thread to the correct forums section.
