I’d like to add ”Allow priority change” – but then it sets the default priority on all tickets if the client doesn’t choose any new priority.
Is there any possibility that it sets the default priority depending on each Help topic?
E.g. if a client chooses the help topic “Shipping damage” the default option in the Priority drop-down should be High. And if I choose the helptopic “Misc” the default option in the Priority drop-down should be “Normal”
Or if it’s possible to add another option on Priority --Unchanged-- .
