I submitted 3 request for paid support from this main web site in the last 3+ weeks.
Either no one is interested in getting paid, or I don't understand the correct way to request it.
I used the contact us and support options from the osticket.com web site.
What am I missing?
If nothing, I need help to add a couple of features. Passing email CC and BCC addresses to the ticket and also passing attachments back out to the notification emails for staff.
