KnowledgeBase web index

Hello, I am creating a knowledge base in OsTicket. v1.7. So far I like it very much.

What I would like is for an option to allow the knowledge base to be indexed by internet search engines, such as Google. This would allow for people searching for answers to find relevant content in my KB.

Does this feature exist, or is it possible to implement this?

Thanks! -Caleb

  • This may be a silly question, but why do you think that search engines won't index the knowledgebase portion currently?
  • No, it's not a silly question.... I guess I put the question out there to see if the KB is indexed by search engines. I couldn't find any option for SEO (search engine optimization).
  • Wow, nice idea. But what u mean no option for SEO?
