Hello, I am creating a knowledge base in OsTicket. v1.7. So far I like it very much.
What I would like is for an option to allow the knowledge base to be indexed by internet search engines, such as Google. This would allow for people searching for answers to find relevant content in my KB.
Does this feature exist, or is it possible to implement this?
