I need this customization for the SCP and Client page anyone there is willing to help me?
this is the customization needed
• Client Page under new ticket page: Is to include Company Name and Location (change to be introduced in SCP also)
• Client Page login: Should have ticket number as a password field disabling any auto fill or history of ticket numbers
• Client Page under New Ticket Page: Should mention that CAPTCHA text is case sensitive.
• Client Page under New Ticket Page: Product Name and Serial Number field should be included
• Include a page to include parts available in stock at Natcom with fields for serial number and dates of received goods.
• New tickets introduced by any client should be received as an alert email to the Admin (melwin@natcom.com.sa). Currently only escalations are being reported.
• Include a prefixed alpha numeric tickets to identify the ticket is from eg: NAT-R-42345, where NAT is the company reference that is permanent and R,J,K refer to the city from where the support ticket is requested.
