Urgent: Need help on how to fetch the new incoming emails start from today date?
I am using the latest osTicket-1.7.0 version.
I have succeeded to fetch my emails from outlook to osticket using the settings as below:
Admin Panel -> Settings -> Emails -> Tick the checkbox of Enable POP/IMAP polling & Poll on auto-cron.
The problem is it will fetch all my old emails and created a new ticket but I just want to fetch in the latest email which is the email that send to me starting by today. How can I do it?
