that was very helpful but it seems we lost it.
When one ticket was replied by staff member A, if staff member B had open the ticket and wrote a reply at the same time, when sending his reply (staff B) he got a pop up ' this ticket had been answered by another staff member ' or something. Or ' another staff member is working in the same ticket' can't recall exactly.
I remember it existed and it was great. We avoided many confusions as sometimes the two answers are different in content or spirit.
For some reason it is not available any more.
IS there something we can do to restore this function? Is it somewhere hidden - maybe just a click - and we can't see it despite being in front of our eyes?
Any help would be appreciated.
