Hi there. I have a customer who is annoyed because after he logs in with the company mail and a ticket, tries to open a ticket and there is already the name of a former coworker, he is not able to change it.
I tried to look into the open.php code and tried to get rid of that but couldn't.
Is there a way to let the customer modify the name of the ticket creator when opening a ticket after being logged in?
If not, in what table is that name stored in the DB?
