Ticket Status: only open and close

Hi, when i view an opened ticket and try to change status, i can only choose Open or Closed, but in ticket list i've customized with other new voice. is it normal? I mean, can i select other statuses?

  • I'm sorry for few details.

    My Osticket is version is  v1.9.12 (19292ad)

    OS                                                                                          Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS

    Web Server Software Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu)
    MySQL Version 5.5.47
    PHP Version 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.14

    The list is in attach.

    As described before, my problem is to apply different ticket status when I reply to a client. But in drop down I can only see Open and Closed, while in Manage --> Lists --> Ticket Statuses i've 6 different statuses

  • To the right of the Properties button are some columns.  I presume that they are not disabled?

    What are your group settings?
  • I attach some details. In status list i cannot change checkbox with delete or disable
  • I don't see anything obvious.
    This works on my 1.9.7 and 1.10 installs (multiple).
    Maybe switch to the english language pack and see if the problem persists?
