osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now
I am new to osticket 1.8.x but have installed it with xampp and configured SMTP settings, Departments etc. My challenge is setting up osticket to be able to create tickets when an email is sent to a support email address specified. I also need help to ensure the sender receives the email with the ticket number.
Please help me with the step by step guide. I see there is a script api_ticket_create.php but dont know how to use it.
