I can not go to page

The client can not move to page 2 
This happens when tickete is closed



  • You do not appear to be using a version of osTicket released by us [this site]. I can tell because there is no version in languages other than English at this time.  Please back up your site, install the download version (available here and see if it still doesn't work.
  • I am using osTicket Core version, v1.7.8
  • I am using osTicket Core version, v1.7.8
    But original osTicket is in English and not in Portuguese, so you must have translated it yourself or applied a Brazilian / Portuguese mod. I suggest reverting back to the original 1.7.8 and see if the error is still there.
