in subject field i'm getting date need to change it to text format

In OS ticket  v1.9.12 ,

when user creates the ticket there is a option beside subject "  date"  as mention instead of text format 
so plz suggest me the code or procedure for changing the format

  • I haven't the foggiest idea what you are talking about.  Perhaps if you provide a screen capture to high light what you are seeing?
  •  i had attached the file plz check , i know issue why it is coming . but i don't know how to modify .the script  



     
  • It appears that you changed your Subject to a time field.

    Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details
  • yes i done and forget ..

    now it is resolved oly for ticket got it from mail . what abt  web portal ticket creation 

  • Old tickets are not going to suddenly have a different subject...
    Unless you go into each ticket and edit the subject.
