capture time spent

Hi All, 

I have tried to create a field called "numbers worked on" on a custom form which is part of the customer reporting form.

I want to know how I can make that field visible when the ticket is opened rather than going to the ticket and then edit and then enter it there.


you help is much appreciated

  • Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms
    add it to Ticket Details.

    Did you mean for agents to edit the field without pushing the edit button? I can't see a way directly without editing core.
