Customize "open tickets" the way you can filter deparments

We have use osticket with different Team. like <deparment 1> , <deparment 2>... some of the Agents need access to the ticket from every deparment.

This is easy, but we would like to filter by deparment to get better overview

Is there a Mod or some way to do that?



  • Sorry.  I don't understand.  You have the dropdown to filter it in the screenshot.  I have it in Advanced.

  • It sounds to me like you need the Advance Search options in 1..10 (when it gets released) or the Custom Queues feature which should be released in the version after 1.10. [unless something has changed]
