Customize "open tickets" the way you can filter deparments
We have use osticket with different Team. like <deparment 1> , <deparment 2>... some of the Agents need access to the ticket from every deparment.
This is easy, but we would like to filter by deparment to get better overview

Is there a Mod or some way to do that?
