osTicket Auto Response to Client not going, how to solve ?

When a customer adds a ticket, he should get the auto response email -
"SUPPORT TICKET #13343 ADDED"

But this email is not going. 
How to fix this ?

everything else works fine.

    When a ticket is opened the user (customer) is sent a "New Ticket" email. 

    Unless:
    1. you disabled it
    2. you didn't configure email (and phpmail does not work on your sevrer)

    Check to see if its disabled at:
    Admin panel -> Settings -> Autoresponder
