Unable to enable filter...

I have set up a simple ticket filter, but the system will not allow me to enable it...

I simply want to auto assign tickets with a certain Ticket ID to a Team.

What settings would prevent a filter to be enabled?

    So ticket filters are only run when a ticket is created. How would you know what the ticket ID is before the ticket is created?

    I'm not aware of any settings that would prevent a ticket filter being enabled... except for maybe if that filter didn't have enough to actually do anything.

    I apologize, I meant "Topic ID"...Not Ticket ID...
