Organization on ticket

I am not seeing the company/organization name appear on the ticket details. How do i get this to show?


  • Company/Organization are not ticket details.  They are User details.  You would click on the User and then Click on Organization to see it.
  • I understand that, however I have a trial going on for the hosted osticket and that shows the organiztion for every ticket on the ticket details. Not sure why the hosted version is different than what';s available to others?

    Also, is there a way to make the organization name appear via some customization?
