Hide email address from agents

Similarly to this thread, HERE, how can I hide the email address of my clients from Service Desk agents.

I hire agents from around the globe via oDesk and upwork and they do not need to see y client's email address when replying to the incidents. 

Is this possible to do?

    There is no way to do this in stock osTicket.  You would have to alter the core source files to achieve this.
