how send auto-email when ticket is closed

help me please. when ticket is closed no sending email to client. as setup to send email?

  • There is no "Closed Ticket" template.  You would have to update the ticket (We use a Canned response) and change the status to closed.

    As a side not you didn't provide us with any information about the version of osTicket that you are running so I could not get more specific.
  • thanks I know the version. my boss told me search on internet how to send auto-email when closed ticket. because I suggested to when publich request also change status at closed and add massage of confirmation of closed. the boss accept my suggest. thanks for you information. sorry for my english i dont writhe very well
