Please take a minute to delete setup/install directory (../setup/) for security reasons.

Hello, I have upgraded to the latest version v1.10-rc.3 and the message "Please take a minute to delete setup/install directory (../setup/) for security reasons." will not go away under the admin panel. Yes I have removed the file. The agent panel doesn't display the message only Admin.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  • its not a file... its a folder.  Personally I usually rename it.

    I have the same issue runnin OS ticket on Synology.
    Where shall I find the Setup/install folder?

  • where ever you put the osticket code to be served by the webserver.
