Can we have parent child tickets relationships?
If I receive 1 ticket e.g. New user "John Doe" Joined. This should enable creating individual tickets for IT, Accounts, HR, Email department which can be treated as individual tickets grouped in one final ticket.
This individual ticket can then be separately assigned to separate agents from various departments.
