Respond to multiple email addresses
Is it possible to configure osTicket to receive tickets to more than one email address? I have international clients and I would like to provide the emails firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com for English and Spanish.
If it's not possible with v1.9, will it be possible with v1.10?
In any case, would you recommend to upgrade to v1.10-RC.2 on a production site or should we rather wait until the upgrade is released?
