Multiple email replies sending to users
I'm having a real problem with osTicket where sometimes when I reply to a ticket many multiple ticket replies are sent to that user. Around 2000 email replies have been known to be sent to people, each one a repeat email of the reply. It's just Reply emails' that seem to cause this. We use an Office 365 mail server.
Is there any known issue which osTicket are aware of which could cause this issue?
