customer agent/reply evaluation


I've made forum search and found nothing similar, so

another feature suggestion:
- allow customer to evaluate agent reply and close ticket in one click

- allow to add to agent reply template text with link like "you can evaluate current reply by following this link" and "if you are done this this question you can close it by following this link"
- by following first link web page is opened and user can select the level of current reply satisfaction and leave comment, it will be available to agent as well as to project manager
- by following second link user can close ticket if his problem is solved...
