osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now

installation issue

I am setting up osTicket for the first time.  Installed Apache, MariaDB, and PHP on a CentOS 7 Linux box.  Everything was going smooth until I copied ost-config.php changed the permisisons on my support folder and /opt/osticket.  Port 80 is open, MySQL database was created with the appropriate permissions, services are running, what am I missing? I install v1.9.14.

  • You haven't told us what your actual problem is.
    What are you seeing?
    Are you getting an error?
Have you checked the PHP error logs?
Have you checked the Apache Error logs?
CentOS installs with SELinux enabled by default.  Have you written a rule to allow the site to work / and or disabled it to test and see if it is a problem?
