Custom Ticket Fields with Multiple entries

So I set up osTicket for our Customer Service department to track manufacturing issues. They need to do tracking and reporting for issues by Item Number and Lot Number. I have added fields for both in the Ticket Form. However, some tickets will require multiple item or lot numbers to be input/tagged. How would I go about adding a field for this? Also, would reporting still function when searching by lot or item number?
