New Tickets Not Fetched from Email
here are the versions I am running:
osTicket Version v1.9.12 (19292ad)
Web Server Software Apache/2.4.10 (Debian)
MySQL Version 5.5.46
PHP Version 5.6.17-0+deb8u1
We are currently encountering an issue with email fetching. It seems that unless their is an agent actively doing using Os Ticket tickets will not be fetched from email. The moment an agent enters the Agent panel, all tickets are fetched from email.
Just wondering if anyone has encountered this issue or something similar.
