New ticket creation - How to Display Help Topics based on Department?

When an user is creating a new ticket, we want to only display the help topics based on the department they want to request help from.

Is it possible? If so, how?

  • This is not a feature of the UI at this time.  I am not aware of any plans to implement this feature either.
