New release version v1.10 (901e5ea) —  Up to date

if user (agent) was authenticated on pc and pc has changed external IP (it is dynamic or laptop and go home with it), user unable to logic, subject error appears.. the only solution is to clear osr_sessions table...

the same problem was with 1.10-RC-x... but I was told not to user RC, ever... now it is release... 

what I do wrong?

  • Sounds to me like the session is working properly then.
    Have the user log out and back in to create a new session?
  • No, user was logged in
    Closed browser,
    IP changed
    User try to access /helpdesk/scp
    Error occurs

    No possibility to log out for user or relogin...
  • Did the user clear their browser cache?
